We create purpose-built AI tools for environmental due diligence workflows, starting with one of the most time-consuming tasks in Phase I ESAs: environmental database review sections. Our goal is simple: reduce hours spent on repetitive documentation so consultants can focus on judgment, analysis, and client service.

generAIt Solutions was co-founded by a former environmental consultant who experienced the challenges firsthand, long nights rewriting database summaries, tight deadlines, and constant pressure to maintain consistency. The issue was never expertise. It was time.

Marco oversees product direction, sales, strategy, and partnerships at generAIt Solutions. He previously worked as a Project Manager at Mostardi Platt, conducting Phase I and Phase II ESAs and leading report writing and data analysis. His background in environmental consulting and long-standing interest in technology led him to build tools that bridge both worlds.
